1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product should be unused or only lightly inspected.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

2. Free Returns

LittleHug proudly provides free returns worldwide for eligible products.

If your return request is approved, our support team will provide detailed return instructions.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Missing parts

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still return the product under our 30-day return policy.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been heavily used, intentionally damaged, or modified after delivery.

This does not affect your rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied products.
